Rates and Reservations

High Season: December 1st through April 30th
$1,950 US / week
Christmas Week 2011: December 23rd through December 30th
$2,400 US / week
New Year's Week 2011: December 30th through January 6th
$2,500 US / week
Easter Week: April 6th through April 13th
$2,400 US / week
Low Season: May 1st through November 30th
$1,600 US / week

Special Rates/Discounts: 10% discount for early bookings 6 months in advance as well as 25% discount for booking within 30 days of travel.

Rental rates are based on an occupancy of 8 people or less. A $25/night surcharge will be applied for each additional person over 3 years of age. Maximum occupancy is 10 people. Groups of high school/college students are prohibited.

Personal Check

Payments can be made through bank-to-bank wire transfer.

50% of the rental price is due upon booking
50% (balance) of rental price is due at least 60 DAYS prior to first date of occupancy
$500 security deposit is due at time of final payment. Security deposit will be refunded after inspection of villa and contents is complete
$30 cleaning fee is included in the rental price

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made 60 days or more prior to arrival date: 50% of initial payment will be refunded
Cancellations made 60 days or less: Payment will be refunded only if property is rented to another party
